Account information

We may collect your email address, display name, login provider details, account role, verification status, and settings needed to operate your account.

Pet and care information

You may provide pet names, species, breed, age, gender, weight, vaccination status, care records, reminders, symptoms, notes, photos, and videos. This information is used to provide app features and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary care.

AI-assisted wellness and breed recognition data

When you request a wellness check or breed recognition, we process the photos, videos, notes, and related pet context you submit. We store results, confidence values, safety warnings, and related history so you can review them later.

Pet Feed and breeder content

If you use community or breeder features, we may collect listings, breeder profile details, contact details you choose to publish, photos, descriptions, reports, moderation decisions, favorites, and block/hide actions.

Technical and support information

We may collect app activity, approximate timestamps, API request information, crash or error details, device type, and messages you send to support.

3. How We Use Information

To create and secure your account.
To show pet profiles, care history, reminders, and saved results.
To provide AI-assisted wellness screening and breed recognition features.
To operate Pet Feed, breeder profiles, reports, blocking, and moderation tools.

4. Health and AI Notice

Pet Health Care provides informational, AI-assisted wellness guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe medication, or replace an in-person exam or care plan from a licensed veterinarian. If your pet may be in danger, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, email, and AI infrastructure providers. These providers process information only to support app functionality.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or policy violations.

6. Public Community Content

Pet Feed listings, breeder profiles, and related photos or descriptions may be visible to other users. Do not publish sensitive personal information that you do not want others to see. Users may report listings or breeder profiles, and we may review, remove, archive, or restrict content that violates our rules.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce rules, and comply with legal obligations. Some technical logs may be retained for a shorter period for security and troubleshooting.

8. Account and Data Deletion

You can request account deletion inside the app from the Account screen. Deleting your account removes or disconnects your app profile, pet records, AI results, Pet Feed content, reports, favorites, breeder profile, and related app data where technically and legally possible. Some records may remain if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including authenticated API access, database permissions, secure token storage on supported devices, and moderation controls. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

10. Children

Pet Health Care is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We take steps intended to protect information consistently with this policy.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
