These Terms explain the rules for using Pet Health Care, including pet profiles, AI-assisted wellness features, Pet Feed, breeder profiles, and support tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pet Health Care, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Informational Pet Care Only

Pet Health Care does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or medical decisions. AI-assisted results are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for health concerns, urgent symptoms, medication, dosage, or treatment decisions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, create misleading profiles, or use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

4. Pet Profiles, Photos, and AI Results

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos, videos, notes, and pet information. AI-assisted wellness and breed recognition features depend on the quality and completeness of the information you provide.

Pet Feed and breeder features may allow users to publish listings, breeder profiles, descriptions, photos, and contact details. You agree not to post content that:

6. Breeder Profiles and Listings

Breeder verification or profile status in the app is not a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or warranty. Breeders are responsible for accurate information, lawful conduct, animal welfare, and compliance with local rules. Users are responsible for evaluating breeders, listings, documents, and any transaction outside the app.

7. Reports, Blocking, and Moderation

Users can report listings or breeder profiles and can hide/block breeder content. We may review, archive, remove, restrict, suspend, or refuse content or accounts when we believe there is a safety, fraud, legal, or policy concern. We are not required to publish, maintain, or explain every moderation decision.

8. Transactions Outside the App

Pet Health Care does not process pet purchase payments, shipping, deposits, contracts, or ownership transfer documents unless a separate feature says otherwise. Any transaction or communication outside the app is between the users involved.

9. Beta Features, Credits, and Availability

Some features may be experimental, limited, unavailable, rate-limited, or changed over time. AI credits, subscriptions, rewarded ads, or payment-related features may be shown as beta or unavailable until officially supported.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not reverse engineer, attack, scrape, overload, interfere with, or misuse the app or backend systems. You must not attempt to access data or accounts without permission.

11. Intellectual Property

Pet Health Care, app designs, logos, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us permission to host, display, process, moderate, and use that content to operate and improve the app.

12. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, accurate AI output, successful breeder matches, or any outcome from using the app.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses related to veterinary decisions, pet transactions, user content, third-party services, or app unavailability.

14. Termination

You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or misused the app.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
